This is not a new issue but an annoying and recurrent one – Insomnia. No matter how tired I am when I go to bed, it takes a while for me to fall asleep and some nights I just don’t sleep at all. Some changes must be made, like changing my sleeping pattern or go to bed at the same time every night, for instance. Another thing to be considered is my daily intake of caffeine and don’t do anything “geeky” like playing videogames or spend time in front of the PC.
