New Beginnings

Everything in life must start somewhere and almost every beginning is hard. I haven’t ever met the first individual who ever said otherwise. I haven’t blogged in a while because I haven’t had time and now I’m writing this thousands of feet above the ground. Flying from Perth to Brisbane, an improvised holiday and getaway mainly to get our E-3 visas granted and stamped on our passports. On February 10th, 2022 would be my 14th anniversary of my arrival to Australia, but it is very likely that we will be in the USA.

I can roughly imagine how Abraham must’ve felt when God asked him to leave his comfort zone and go into an unknown land (Genesis 12:1), similar situation to Moses’ calling to lead his people to a promised land in the unknown (Exodus 3:8).

I am not comparing myself to them, but there’s certain commonality such as 1) Obey God’s calling, 2) Trust God’s plan and providence because at the end of the day God is the one in control of everything. We are just travelers transiting this journey called Life.
